By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 447 platform, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 447 as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following any published amendments to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the latest version.
The 447 platform is restricted to users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use these services in your jurisdiction.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 447. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full name, email address, and a valid phone number. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 447 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access due to your own negligence. Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their account comply with applicable local laws. You are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
A 447 account is for the personal use of the registered account holder only and may not be transferred, shared, or used by any other party. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or otherwise misuse an account will result in termination without compensation.
All financial transactions on the 447 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method in your own name. 447 does not accept deposits from third parties.
Deposits made via GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or FPX bank transfer will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated by the respective payment provider. Any delays caused by the payment provider are beyond 447's control.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that compromises the integrity, security, or normal functioning of the 447 platform. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking attempts, use of automated software or bots, game manipulation, collusion between players, and any form of fraud.
447 reserves the right to investigate any suspected rule violations and take appropriate action, including temporary account suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 447 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users, including financial losses arising from game outcomes, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 447 platform are the exclusive property of 447 or its respective licensors. Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction, or distribution without written consent is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
447 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice if a user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for legitimate operational reasons. Account balances subject to an active investigation may be withheld temporarily.
The 447 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational convenience only. 447 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites and does not endorse them in any way.
447 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via in-platform notifications or email. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the processes prescribed under Malaysian law.
